10-Year Action Plan Update

Long Valley

In 2012 the Bi-State Sage-Grouse Action Plan was developed to provide a roadmap for science-based adaptive management of the Bi-State sage-grouse. One decade later, this effort is recognized as a national example of effective collaborative conservation. The process of updating the Action Plan to guide the next 10-years of sage-grouse conservation in the Bi-State area is currently underway and a draft is expected to be released for public comment in the summer of 2024.
