Can subconsultants be used for this RFP, and if so, does the CDD require a qualifications package from subconsultants?

Answer

Subconsultants may be used for this RFP. For projects funded with federal dollars, consultants and subconsultants may need to comply with additional requirements. Special attention is directed to Attachment 1 – Local Assistance Procedures Manual, Exhibit 10-I. Mono County does not expect a qualifications package from each subconsultant; however, resumes and references for all key team members, including regularly used key subconsultants, should be included (see “Organization and Approach”). If unidentified subconsultants are to be used, please include an explanation of how subconsultants are selected, managed, and held accountable for quality of work.
